In response to the influx of feedback since the WOW beta was released. The developers are stripping away the restriction system in Shadowlands. And on November 2nd, Blizzard Entertainment made big changes to World of Warcraft in patch 9.1.5, here are the changes and tweaks to Rogue and Shaman that we can discover.
On the Rogue side, the following area skills no longer have a max target limit, but Secret Technique (Subtlety) has reduced damage for more than five, while Fan of Knives (Assassination), Crimson Tempest (Assassination), Black Powder (Subtlety), and Shuriken Storm (Subtlety) will deal reduced damage to more than eight targets.
Toxic Onslaught (Runecarving Power) is now slightly changed, you will gain two additional effects for ten seconds when the Sepsis on the target disappears: Apply Shadow Blades, Adrenaline Rush, or Vendetta to your current target. Bonuses granted are TBC Classic Gold those that are not available to your spec, eg. And Assassination Rogue gets Adrenaline Rush and Shadow Blades. The effect of Septic Shock (Night Fae Conduit) is now increased by 50%.
On the Shaman side, Storm Elemental's Eye of the Storm (Elemental) will no longer have a max target limit, but will have reduced damage to more than five targets. And increased the effect of Elysian Dirge (Kyrian Conduit) by 50%.
To better match the functionality of the Spirit Link Totem, the tooltip has been updated, but the functionality has not changed.
In order to better cater to the new version, players need to adjust the relevant classes according to the changes in the new version. For example, those classes that are numerically weakened can maintain their abilities by changing the items used. In order to do this, players need to stock up on TBC Classic Gold so they can buy the items they want when they need them. There are tons of cheap TBC Classic Gold for sale in MMOWTS where players can save not only a lot of money but also a lot of time by buying them outright.
