Once the Ritual of Diablo 4 Items Corruption nears completion, the Corrupted Horror will be fully summoned. This nightmarish entity is a manifestation of pure dark energy, twisted corruption, and hatred.

Corrupted Horror:

Boss Overview

The Corrupted Horror is a massive, grotesque being, formed from the corruption of the dungeon itself. Its body is an ever-shifting mass of arcane corruption and dark energy.

Appearance: The Corrupted Horror towers over the arena, its skin a patchwork of blackened, scaly patches, and its eyes glow with dark energy. It has tentacle-like appendages that lash out, and its presence distorts the air around it.

Arena: The final battle takes place in the heart of the ritual chamber, with corruption pools randomly forming throughout the arena. Additionally, dark rifts will open in the ground, spawning minions or causing environmental hazards.

Phase 1:

The Awakening

At the start of the fight, the Corrupted Horror is still absorbing the last of the dark energy from the ritual. During this phase, the boss is relatively dormant, but buy D4 Gold minions will flood the arena.
