This is because the innate Bleed buildup of many Dexterity weapons stacks with the Bleed buildup that gets introduced whilst you provide a weapon Arcane scaling.

This construct receives even stronger when you Power Stance two Blood Dexterity weapons, as it doubles the Buy Eleden Ring Runes price at which you building up Bleed. Using the Mimic Tear spirit summon makes Bleed build up even faster, raising this construct to overpowered tiers.
