A Theatre Artist, and Moss, a Software Developer, tied the knot on 20th January followed by a reception and festivities. Their city's big day was filled with sublime winter light and city charm.
"When I started searching for my wedding gown I knew I wanted something which oozed classic glamour so that as we were the marriage in London after January I wanted to put on sleeves. I was available to layering but desired to be able to put on the dress without coverage around London for photographs."
"Wedding dresses appear to be very much made with summer in your mind so even most of the wedding dresses with sleeves were lace, which is lovely although not my style."
"Moss wore navy trousers, a paisley purple and gold tie and. We were built with a lot of fun searching for Moss' big day look with Wingate, an incredible theatre designer friend of ours, although the timing meant braving Oxford Street a fortnight before Christmas."
"He also wore a set of silver cufflinks made by which were impeccably engraved using the moon and star logo that Wingate had made for our wedding stationery."
"I proposed to Moss on our anniversary weekend in May 2018. We were away carrying out a pottery course within the New Forest as well as on our walk home in the pub an enormous storm started. We sheltered ourselves and watched heaven put on an amazing show." Go
"Pottery and epic weather are a couple of Moss' favorite things so I felt like I should take advantage of the opportune moment. Moss and I had talked about marriage before, but we like to consider this being the proposal."
"Later that summer with an eight-hour hike whilst I was visiting his family at their summer house it had been Moss' use propose in my experience with the ring."
"Once he'd established his footing close to the edge of the cliff, he got recorded on one knee and proposed. Hilariously the ring didn't fit because my hands had swollen up around the hike. I knew his parents were waiting in your own home for me to return using the ring on, so I requested a fast stop at a really cold natural spring nearby."
"After I jumped within the freezing water, we've got back within the car, and also the ring magically slipped onto my finger."
"From cherishing one another's uniqueness to creating a home full of peace, happiness, and love our ceremony was true to us and our values on marriage."
"The ceremony is certainly our favorite part of our big day. For us, the ceremony was exactly what the whole day involved – looking into one another's eyes and making our resolve for each within the company of our family and friends. From the moment the ceremony started, I was both in tears, and when we kissed there wasn't a dry eye within the Council Chamber. I knew I was likely to cry but I didn't think it might be so prevailing. The happiness is overwhelming."
Words of Wedded Wisdom
"Now that I've experienced my very own wedding I tell engaged friends to lean into the importance of your big day and relish the joy from the process of planning. And most importantly to savor your big day, trust that everything will fall under place and also the things that don't you won't even remember."
