Recruiting talent from non-traditional routes proved both rewarding and enlightening for our team. The diverse backgrounds of our trainees enriched my perspective as both a producer and an artist, allowing me to learn just as much from them as they did from our experiences on set.
It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness the progress of participants like Jéssica, who after her time on 3%, directed Fim de Comédia for Cinebrasil TV and received multiple offers to helm other projects.
